Effective Date: 13 August 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of fastlyessay.com (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by NUVETA VECTOR LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17092820. Our registered office is located at International House, 50 Essex Street, London, England, WC2R 3JF.
By accessing the Platform or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using our website.
2. Platform Operations and Academic Integrity
We operate a managed marketplace that facilitates academic and professional drafting assistance. When a client submits a request, the Platform assigns the task to a qualified independent contractor (an “Author”).
Clients do not communicate with Authors directly. The Platform oversees task allocation, workflow tracking, and final delivery.
Any material provided through this Platform is intended solely for reference, research, and educational guidance. Clients bear full responsibility for ensuring their use of delivered materials adheres to their specific institutional rules and academic integrity guidelines. We strictly prohibit the use of our services to commit academic fraud.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate and current registration details.
You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The Company accepts no responsibility for unauthorized access arising from your failure to secure your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at hello@fastlyessay.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we suspect fraudulent activity, regulatory violations, or breaches of these Terms.
4. Ordering Process
Clients submit their requirements and complete payment upfront. Once the funds are secured, the Platform selects an appropriate Author based on the subject matter and specific order constraints.
Authors submit their completed work directly to the Platform for internal processing before the final version is released to the client. The Platform determines all assignment criteria and retains full operational control over the workflow.
5. Client Payments (Pay-In)
All transactions are processed securely through licensed third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs). We never collect, process, or store full credit card numbers on our servers. The PSP may perform fraud screening and reserves the right to decline suspicious transactions.
While our baseline financial operations are calculated in EUR, the Platform interface and checkout may display pricing and process payments in various alternative currencies depending on your geographic location and selected preferences.
Taxes are not applied to client transactions unless strictly mandated by applicable local laws.
6. Author Registration, Verification, and Task Assignment
Individuals wishing to provide services as Authors must apply through the Platform. To maintain our quality and security standards, the following rules apply:
- Application: You must accurately declare your academic background, professional expertise, and language proficiency during registration.
- Mandatory Verification (KYC): Before an Author is permitted to accept or be assigned any orders, they must successfully complete a mandatory identity and credential verification process. This requires the submission of a valid, government-issued identification document, contact details, and authenticated proof of professional or academic qualifications.
- Task Assignment: Only fully verified and officially approved Authors are eligible to receive tasks. Once approved, the Platform will match Authors with available client orders based on their verified skills, subject mastery, and internal performance ratings.
- Platform Discretion: The Platform reviews applications at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any Author application without providing a reason, or to suspend an approved Author's account if subsequent compliance checks fail or if the quality of work drops below our standards.
7. Author Earnings and Withdrawals (Pay-Out)
Authors operate as independent contractors. When a client places an order, the Platform holds the payment securely.
Upon delivery of the requested work, the client has 24 hours to review the material. If no dispute is raised within this window, the service is deemed complete, and the funds are automatically allocated to the Author’s account balance.
The Platform deducts a flat 10% service commission from the Author’s gross earnings before making the funds available for withdrawal.
Authors may request withdrawals to supported Visa or Mastercard accounts. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum limit of 5 EUR and a maximum limit of 9,000 EUR per transaction.
We do not charge internal withdrawal fees, though intermediary banks or card networks may apply their own routing charges. Withdrawals generally take 1 to 3 business days but may be delayed pending compliance reviews or technical processing holds. Authors are solely responsible for declaring their income and paying any applicable taxes in their local jurisdiction.
8. Revisions, Disputes, and Refunds
If the delivered work materially deviates from the original instructions, the client may request a revision or open a dispute. Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp by contacting hello@fastlyessay.com.
Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
We issue refunds if the final work is not delivered, if a technical failure prevents task completion, or if the delivered material significantly fails to meet the agreed-upon technical requirements. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We do not issue refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction, poor academic grading, or delays resulting from missing client instructions.
The Platform reviews all evidence internally and makes a final, binding determination regarding any dispute or refund allocation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon successful delivery and final payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered text for personal, educational, or research purposes. Commercial resale of the materials is strictly prohibited.
All proprietary software, branding, website design, text, and operational methodologies belong exclusively to NUVETA VECTOR LTD. Automated data extraction, scraping, and reverse engineering of our systems are strictly forbidden.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities, launder money, or distribute malicious software. You may not attempt to bypass our payment systems or manipulate the internal workflow. Attempting to establish direct contact with Authors outside the Platform is a severe violation that will result in immediate permanent account termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NUVETA VECTOR LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We bear no liability for academic outcomes, institutional disciplinary actions, or third-party payment processor failures. In all cases, our total aggregate liability relating to any specific order is strictly capped at the amount paid by the client for that specific transaction.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal proceedings or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws dictate an alternative venue.
13. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
